You Are Not Alone (YANA) is a telephone reassurance program sponsored by the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office for seniors or disabled citizens of Fort Bend County who live alone. There is no charge for this service. Residents can decide what time of the morning they want to be called. For more information click here.
